About Amy
My skill is in teaching others how to select and prepare the healthiest, tastiest foods that fit their budget and lifestyle, with the intent of keeping things as simple as possible. I can work with most types of dietary preferences and health needs.
I love sharing with other people that healthy delicious eating doesn’t have to be time consuming and burdensome. I can share tips and tricks I have learned with others so they too can find enjoyment in cooking and learn to prepare foods with or without recipes within the budget and time that they have to work with.
Many years cooking and studying cooking and nutrition principles informally; I am currently attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and will be a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach when my program is complete. I am concurrently taking classes in Ayurvedic cooking principles as I am very interested in the concept of food as medicine.
