About Aarthi
A professional chef with over 12 years of experience, worked in Asia and America . I've worked at Michelin star restaurants and even owned a food truck . I've beat Bobby Flay , won chopped , been a judge on Worst cooks of America . I'm very flexible with cuisine , I know my French and Italian basics , am phenomenal at Asian flavors and am a Baking and Pastry Major from JWU university , RI .
Cooking professionally is like a sport . I love the energy of a busy kitchen , the platform to be creative , and to mentor a team .
I've been teaching on ChefsFeed.com , I go to culinary schools as a guest lecturer . I do live demos virtually or in person at colleges . I've been teaching for over 7 years and also working in a professional kitchen .
