About Giorgia
My dance classes are focused on listening to your own body and letting go of all fears. There's no right or wrong: movement will lead you and heal you.
I teach technique classes and dance cardio classes. I am a professional dancer and dance teacher originally from Italy, currently living in NYC.

We usually talk about what technique/dance style the new student would like to learn then plan a weekly schedule.
Class starts with a warm up, technique exercises (learning the new dance language) and a short combination at the end.
