About Sophianna
My favorite part about the work I do is sharing the incredibly spiritual and liberating practice of belly dance with women who are looking to embrace their inner goddess! I love seeing women rediscover and develop appreciation for their bodies, feeling beautiful, and simply having fun!

I always offer a complimentary class for my new clients, during which we discuss their reasons for starting belly dance and what they hope to get out of it. Each session is 1hr long, during which we shimmy, shake, and undulate! I teach fundamental belly dance moves and encourage my students to empower themselves and discover their own moves by following what feels good.
