About Hayley
Hello! My name is Hayley. I graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington in 2018 with two bachelor's degrees. I'm also TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified with over 200 hours of course study and student teaching. I have a real passion for teaching others and I've decided to extend that passion to online teaching.
I can teach very simple to advanced English on a variety of topics, and I always take the interests of my students to heart when creating lesson plans so that my students can have a fun and interesting time. I'm also a very patient and encouraging teacher that works hard to ensure that my students succeed.
In my lesson plans we will work on whatever it is you think you need help with, be that writing, listening, speaking, etc. or a combination of everything. My lessons will always be catered to you and what you want to learn. However, if you're unsure of what you want to learn, I can also create generalized lesson plans that will be sure to enhance your English comprehension.

When working with a new student I like to have my student take a short test so that I can judge their English abilities for myself to see how much my student already knows and what areas they could improve upon. I also like to ask my student about their interests and hobbies so that I can create lesson plans that interest them. This is also to make my student feel more comfortable and excited to learn.
