About Sarah

I'm currently in my third year of tutoring and am studying a Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. I received academic distinctions in the subjects I tutor and bring that experience into every session to support my students’ success. I tutor English students from primary school through Year 12, as well as VCE students in Literature. Whether you're preparing for SACs, exams, or just looking to boost your skills, I'm here to help!

Tutoring is something I genuinely enjoy. It's a rewarding part of my life that fits naturally alongside my university studies. With a fresh outlook on the subjects I tutor, I’m confident in my ability to help students not only improve their grades but also feel more in control of their learning.

I'm committed, organized, and always strive to create a space where students feel respected, heard, and motivated. Outside of tutoring, I love to cook and spend time with friends—balance is important to me, and I bring that same perspective to helping students manage their study and well-being. Whether you're aiming to catch up, stay ahead, or excel, I’m here to guide and support you.

About the lesson

I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow in confidence.

My teaching style is tailored to each student's learning pace and needs, with a focus on clear communication and building strong foundational understanding.

I use a calm, approachable style to encourage engagement and make lessons enjoyable. Whether it's unpacking a complex text in Literature or breaking down key concepts in Business Management, I aim to make learning feel achievable and empowering.

I offer flexible lesson lengths, (30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour), depending on what works best for the student. Each session is structured but adaptable, ensuring we stay on track while addressing individual challenges and goals.
