About Frederique
As a professional golfer who has 32 years of golf experience and 20 years of competitive experience on the amateur, collegiate, and professional level, I understand the fundamentals of the game and how to apply this skill set to the golf course. I've taught over 5,000 private and group lessons including the Get Golf Ready Level I & II Lesson Series, the Little Linksters LPGA-USGA Golf Clinics, and the Stoneybrook West Thursday Night Ladies Clinic and Mayfair Ladies Clinic.
I have volunteered for the first tee program and dabbled in teaching while playing professional golf. When I transitioned into the PGA program, I discovered my passion for teaching. I take pride in seeing my students progress and accomplishing milestones in their development.
I have been playing golf for 32 years, and have 20 years of competitive experience on the amateur, collegiate, and professional levels. I am currently enrolled in the PGA program, and am at Level I. I teach both group and private instruction and led the weekly Thursday Night Ladies Clinic at Stoneybrook West. I have taught over 5,000 lessons in my 4.5 years of coaching.

Initially, I would assess the student's strengths and weaknesses, and would ask students what their goals are and how much time they can commit to developing their golf game. We would develop a game improvement plan and proceed from there.

Perfect! very informative and patient. quickly found my weaknesses and we are working to correct them. Very easy to work with.
Perfect! Professionalism
Perfect! She is fantastic!! She really cares about the person she is teaching and is passionate about golf. The FL heat got to me during my first lesson and she was quick to help me get rehydrate! Sounds like no big deal, but here in FL that is! She is also very knowledgeable in the sport and explains in a way where as a novice I can easily follow!
Perfect! She is excellent at explaining everything in detail, working especially with my limited range of motion with back issues she has shown me how to place my feet making my back swing and follow through much easier and comfortable. Having my 3rd lesson next Thursday due to death in my family I had to miss two weeks session.

Frederique did a superb job in diagnosing my swing and helping me correct the flaws with my long irons. We'll definitely be back for more lessons the next time I'm visiting the area.
I started working with Frederique online, immediately I saw an instant change in my swing path. I decided to take my lessons to another level. I flew to Orlando and booked four power lessons. I can truly say Frederique cares about her students, I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who is serious about golf....
