About Warren
Hi there, I'm a semi professional guitarist with a degree in Jazz performance from NCCU. I have also done extensive classical guitar training and play bass guitar. From Bach to Sor, Charlie Christian to Allan Holdsworth, and Alex Lifeson to Tosin Abasi, I got you covered.
I studied Jazz Guitar performance and composition under Baron Tymas at NCCU. I play for many teather companies in the Raleigh area of NC. I also play in a a few original music bands and a Rush tribute band.

We first get to know each other and get a list goals for the instrument. Knowing where a student wants to end up greatly determines the methods and teaching style. Lessons focus on a short term and long goal. The short term is something we work on for a week or two and the long term is anything that lasts 1-12 months. This long term piece could a favorite song, a large classical work, or transcribing a solo by ear.
