About Joseph
Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to find out how to expand your musical abilities and horizons. 1 on 1 and small group lessons are a fundamental place to form a solid foundation of technique, practice procedure and routine, and can help to gain a sense of ease and comfort performing with or in the company of others! My goal as instructor is to help give you the tools to grow from a basis of carefully guided technique coupled with expanded understanding of music theory and style, and resulting in an increased desire to learn and develop your skills and ultimately become more self sufficient as a musician.
I have an expanded understanding of Music Pedagogy and 10+ years experience teaching students of all ages. I can teach a wide variety of instruments and musical styles and have over 16 years of professional performing experience as a vocalist, keyboardist, saxophonist, bassist as well as a recording artist.
I hope to share this knowledge with anyone out there who has an interest in learning about and improving their skills as a musician, and I look forward to working with you!
