I've been taking lessons with Miguel for a couple months now, and it has been a great experience. He's an extremely talented guitarist and a great teacher with an obvious passion for music.

Miguel is currently teaching my 13 year old the guitar. We like that he is extremely patient and will meet you where you are as a learner. He takes his time to explain finger/hand placement and makes sure to take my daughters musical interest into consideration when selecting what is being learned. There have been moments that we have had to miss her scheduled lesson and he has been flexible in fitting us in at a different time. We definitely recommend Miguel!

Miguel is an extremely talented guitar player with very effective teaching methods. I have had the pleasure of knowing Miguel for many years. He taught me 9 years, currently, and now he teaches my son. In fact, he’s patient enough to teach us at the same time. His teaching style took me from knowing a few chords to placing myself and several other students in a band that he watched over for a while. He’s very involved in your journey and really cares about your progress. We work on techniques, theory, musicality, effective practicing, and building repertoire.
