About Melissa
We offer a holistic approach to wellness, addressing the mind, body and spirit through nutrition, counseling and mind-body work such as yoga. We create individualized programs to meet specific client needs to help them achieve optimal health.
I am both an LPC counselor and ERYT-200 (registered yoga teacher) with over 10 years experience teaching health and wellness courses at the college level. I have a PhD in Sport & Exercise Psychology and understand the powerful connection between the mind and body.
I love working with clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues...I love helping people learn, grown and blossom into the best version of themselves.
