About Lea Ann
We offer a comprehensive and well-balanced approach to fitness. We realize that fitness is only one part of your life and that you may need support in others. From customized physical regiments ranging from beginner to hard-core, meditation and yoga, motivation and making moves in your career and education, nutritional plans, and overall self-care and healing. Our program is designed to get you out of your comfort zone and into a place where you only want to make decisions that are good for you. Reconnect with your inner child and play, learn to be content and appreciative, and enjoy working on yourself. There is only one you. Love yourself like your life depends on it.
First of all, i love being outside. I will get you to go outside. Yes, it does help. Then I'm gonna make you do things your body CAN do, just your mind needs a little help. I love connecting with other human beings in nature. It brings out the best in us!

I'm a heavy hitter from the world of food. Nutrition and high intensity fitness are my passion. I don't subscribe to any one type as I have found that my body benefits from a clean diet and whatever excercise I can do that eases my mind. It can be yoga, hiking, swimming or dance. I like to keep it exciting and change it up a lot! When it comes to food I know all the tricks THEY are trying to play on you to keep you nice and miserable. We will cut out most of not all processed foods and trust me you will not regret it. Learn to use your mind against harmful foods and learn to love all that is good for you. Better yet, I'll teach you how! Get ready for the next phase of your life and you are on your way up! Time to love yourself.

Consult. 1-2 hours. There we discuss fitness goals and other life goals. What does the client enjoy? We assess eating habits and make recommendations for meal plan. Trainer recommends him/herself or colleague who may be better suited to the needs of client. A customized program is drawn and quoted to the client. Client can then choose to retain our services either on a month to month basis or over a longer period (pre-paid and long term are subject to discounts). Client will then be required to make the agreed upon payment at the beginning of each month that they wish to procure our services. Inability to make agreed to payments will terminate the business relationship and incur fees based on the notice of cancellation. If cancellation is based on a late or unpaid membership fee, a recovery fee of $15 is added to the agreed upon amount in order to resume services. The client is free to terminate services with a 14 day notice in order for trainers to reschedule and add new clients to fill the time. This rule is for the protection of the professionals who make time and show up. If for any reason a trainer cannot make it to a session, they will notify the client with as much notice as possible and set up a time to reschedule. If a client wishes to cancel the appointment they will notify the trainer with AT LEAST 24 hours in order to give the trainer time to reschedule another client or adjust their day accordingly. The price quoted for any individuals plan is calculated based on the individual and their needs. No two plans are the same unless clients choose to train in a group setting.
