About Jeanne
If you want to live a truly rich life, the first step is to make time for yourself. Time to enjoy healthy meals, fun physical activities and quality experiences with the people you love. Time to be alone with your thoughts, your feelings, the sound of your breathing. As a Wellcoaches certified wellness coach, I use my training, experience and intuition to guide you on your unique path to wholeness. Sessions can be done by phone or in person and may, at your request, include Reiki, yoga and hiking. Please explore my website, (concealed information)
I have always loved teaching. It doesn't even matter what the subject is...yoga, cooking, gardening...if I can do it, I try to teach it. Right now I am teaching gardening and mindfulness k at a local Edible Garden program in a nearby elementary school. I love the quote outside the school, "Teaching is not filling a vessel, it is lighting a fire." I want to help others be inspired and on fire.

I email new clients a short intro about coaching and ask them to answer a few questions so we can be strategically focused for our first session.
Pre-school, k-12 and adults.
Trust your gut. Don't worry about credentials. And bring your curiosity to the lesson. It will keep things fresh.
I participated in an event put on by "Let's Move WLA", Michelle Obama's organization for eradicating childhood obesity. The audience was nervous and tired, but I got the whole room to participate in fun, physical activity and learn something about nutrition at the same time.
