About Coach
The Fitness Dungeon is where mediocrity comes to die! We are a botique fitness studio dedicated to being the ultimate soluiton for those who hate big box fitness facilities full of inexperienced trainers who are only there because it's a job to them.
I (Xaiver Smith, aka, Mr. XL Smith) have been helping people IMPROVE their lives through fitness and coaching since 2007 and I have ammased over 60 5-star reviews on Google!
Here you are going to get all of what you want and some of what you need as I am an 'Xperience" like now other!
I am a certified personal trainer, Life Coach, and self defense instructor and I am here to IMPACT - INSPIRE - & IMPROVE the lives of others!
I just love seeing the transformation of the people I serve take place right in front of my face.
I just started with the desire to help. I had a heart attack when I was 29 and it's what led me to learning how I got myself into this and more importantly, how to get myself out without using complicated programs, systems, or gimmicks that just don't work or are unsustainable.
I am certified through National Council of Strength and Fitness.
I am also a Health Coach and Strategic Interventionst (through Tony Robbins - Chloe Madannes)

I like to have those that are interested in working with me to come in or call me to talk so we can see if we are a good fit for each other!
I am all about the connection without pressure or judgement.
I have worked with a full spectrum of clients from 14 years old to 76 years old and many in between!
You just have to listen to your gut. There are many out there relying on gimmicks and few who will give you the truth and keep you encouraged to move forward.
Follow your instincts.

Literally the best trainer I've ever had! Positive energy, great variation in workouts, motivates me. My body is literally transforming. If I could I'd train with him 6 days a week! He's the solution of you're willing to commit.
He’s an xcellent coach who care for everyone he works with. He doesn’t have the same plan for everyone he works with what you need done and gives you amazing tips as you go along
