I moved to St. Pete last year from the UK with 4 years Krav Maga experience. I came from an amazing club in London so I was absolutely thrilled to find an amazing club here. Joe and the team have been super welcoming. What started out as an effort to learn some quick self-defense techniques has turned into an essential part of my mental and physical well-being. I love the class, not only does it help me keep in shape but it also helps to keep me focused. The training is hard, it is real life and prepares you for the worst day of your life and how to survive it. The instructors and patient and kind, yet they will push you to your limits. Krav meets you where you are, you do not need to be an athletic super star to train here. Come as you are and be prepared to walk out of this place a better version of yourself.

Initially I was unsure of what to expect. Yes, I judged the book from the cover. But when I walked in, it was a very welcoming environment. I got very excited about being a part of something really cool. The staff was very informative, welcoming and patient. The whole experience made me SOLD on continuing classes. I had looked at doing this for a few years. Always had some reason, family, work, etc. Finally made myself make it happen and did it. I really like it a lot. They are a great group of folks. I am getting a great workout. Best cardio I have done in a long time and overall feel great! Not to mention always something I wanted to do.

It's a great small facility that is well maintained and clean at all times. The instructors are really patient and newcomers are made to feel welcome. The curriculum can be physically challenging but it's okay to go at slower pace and step it up when you are ready.
