Just when I lost faith in martial arts, it was a revelation to run in to the legendary Jerry "FAST FEET" Fontanez. Words can not explain the oppurtunity and honor to be in the presence of one of the greatest.

incredible!!!!!! This man has what it takes to teach your Child

Great school that not only teaches great martial arts, but character education and life skills. While some schools may know how to just teach kicking and punching, Fontanez Karate goes a step above and also teaches you to be a champion in life

Great place. Great instructor. My kids love it!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Jadeden im a 12 year boy who has asthma and I was born with 2 valves and I have mitral regurtation and I have long QT by the grace of God I'm standing and continuing to live my life and I also have a wonderful mother who cares and loves me so much. I always live my life with regulations and I always felt different around my friends one day my mother asked me if i wanted to do martial Arts and I said yes absolutely. I started my classes with Master Jerry Fontanez and my self-esteem and self confidence has improve drastically, master Jerry understand that i might have to take a breaks he is considerate and strict and kind and I think he is so funny. I feel like nothing is impossible in life. I highly recommend for parents to sign-up their kid's and allowed to feel the same way I feel, I'm very happy and greatful to have such an amazing Master, Jerry Fontanez. Thank you Master for all you do for me. Sincerely, Jadeden L. Sanchez

This is a great place not only for the children to do karate, but also learn about becoming strong and other lessons for their future. My son goes and loves it. He comes home and shows everyone what he learned. The instructors are great and can't complain at all. Also, its a great place for adults who would love to do kick boxing. The prices are great and they help anyone no matter what situation. I recommend to everyone.

It's funny how I see a person actually give him a 1 star without explaining WHY??. Jerry Fontanez has been an Icon in the martial arts scene especially along the East Coast. He brought life into every tournament. He has undoubtedly inspired hundreds of students and fellow martial artist, not just in kicking and punching but by creating everyday champions. Has he made mistakes? Yes but he's learned and is trying to make good as best as he can. He'll be the first to tell his own story, from the so called top to below the bottom. Master Fontanez is back and should be applauded for his upcoming journey. How many of you would've bounced back and started over? We all know if he continues this journey he will inspire thousands more. He introduced the Rex suit which nobody can say it didn't revelutionize a generation of competitors, or more. How many can say they did that? (Silence in the background) I applaud you and look forward to the rebirth of the Fontanez family. Best of luck and

I started training with Grand Master Fontanez in 1992. I learned a lot about self discipline, self esteem, dedication, self control, confidence and what the work TEAM really stands for.
Everything I learned I applied to my life and 25 years later I am everything I am today because of Grand Master Fontanez. I am now honored and privileged to be his student and part of the Fontanez family again. In the last 3 months I have gained more self confidence, lost weight, became more fit, became more balanced with a positive outlook on life.
To speak with Grand Master Fontanez you will instantly feel the positive energy and positive thinking he possess. His knowledge of not only Martial Arts but life’s challenges will inspire you to reach your goals.
Grand Master Fontanez story is one of success.

The man is an icon in the martial arts world. He fought the best and ducked no one. Owner of several schools. Creator of the REK Suit. A multi purpose tournament uniform. My youngest son was a student at his Zerega Avenue location. Keep up the great work Fast Feet.

The future is looking very bright training with GM Fontanez and my new team! Looking forward to great things with great people! 4 months in from my last review and the nerve damage I had in my arm and back is basically gone! My attitude has improved a great deal and each class gets better and better! Muscle growth, weight loss and mental strength are just a few improvements. Don't miss out on this opportunity! Master Fontanez is the real deal!

Master Fontanez inspires, motivates and educates!! One of the best instructors we've ever had to our school and we are STILL using lessons he gave us back in 1991!!!!

I know Jerry Fontanez since 1992. His style is unique. I would skip my division just to seat and watch him fighting. Regardless of the fight outcome he would be the same. Big smile and showed courtesy to his opponent.
I run a little school in Virginia. If I ever move back to NY. I want my kids to go to Jerry Fontanez give it a shot, don’t go to a Mac Dojo!
