About Kim
A dynamic, fun teaching style that meets students where they are at. Offering practical self defense skills that go beyond the physical. The student will have many opportunities to expand the mind as well as the body.
I meet so many open, dynamic, interesting people. I'm always a student of the martial arts, so it never gets boring.
I began as an assistant with my current teachers As time went on, they encouraged me to teach more and more. I continue to pursue active training, that I may be a better teacher.

I take time to ask students about their experiences. I go over the basics of class and general philosophy of aikido with my expectations for conduct in class. And I always encourage them to ask me questions.
All ages 6 and up. I also can teach many different physical and developmental abilities.
Ask questions, observe a class, trust your own intuition.
Walk A Mile In Her Shoes. A fundraiser march to end violence against women. It was amazing to participate in an event where thousands came out to support a local agency to end violence in our community.
