If he looks the part. Meaning not out shape, always training the mind. In otherwards, if a coach stsy in shape he's mind progresses.new workouts fittnes. I stay in shape it helps me with my fighters. Im always thinking. Cause I put myself in that fight mode
Baseball. Im training a couple kids that are in baseball. 1 has a scholarship in college. Hes a pitcher. The another 1' a heavy hitter. There both posible pro status. It's great to train these kids. If they make it,I was part of that
