About Kyler

During the summer of 2017, Flow Pro Fitness founder, Kyler Krueger found himself on a journey of self-discovery. Sick of monotony and yearning to explore the world outside of his hometown, the journey of a lifetime began with a brief Google search. That search, which started with “mixed martial arts camps” led him to Facebook, a new connection, and eventually; a plane ticket to Thailand where he settled briefly and was immersed in the world of mixed martial arts. It was in Thailand, where Kyler studied, connected, and watered the seeds planted within him which would eventually sprout into what we now know as “Flow Pro Fitness.”
Under the training of Rick Tew, Kyler was inspired to find ways to connect the mind, body, and spirit.
Upon returning home to Seattle, Kyler continued his training by joining Fight Gods, where with Ryan Bow he cultivated his skills and eventually began training and coaching other peers and students of Professor Bow.
Now Kyler has been an ISSA certified personal trainer for over 2 years. After starting his Coaching journey with Professor Bow and working with him until he moved out of Washington in 2022. To then working at commercial gym, Kyler has now moved into independent contracting and continuing to cultivate Flow Pro Fitness! Teaching group kickboxing / HITT circuit classes as well as working with clients individually to help them reach there goals with various training methods ranging from martial arts to traditional weightlifting.
Kyler’s mission is rooted in love.
The reality is, we tend to get lost in everyday distractions life throws at us. However, through a solid plan, matched by your whole-hearted effort, training at your highest potential can and will ultimately unlock your “Flow;” which ultimately gives us all the freedom to live the life we all truly deserve.
