About Kyle
The Old Pueblo Muay Thai & Fitness holds 3 championship belts (2018 West Coast - US Muay Thai Open, 120 & 125 lb. World Muay Thai Alliance), has been apart of Pro MMA (UFC fighter - Casey Kenny / Bellator Champion - Ed West) and Kickboxing (Glory Champion - Randy Blake) fight camps, and has gained a solid reputation of hard work and discipline with great results.
Explaining the how's and the why's of the fight game (this is how adult learning has influenced and developed different training styles). This technique has generated a better understanding and greater training results from the participants of the program. When participants see these results unfold and continue to push themselves...this is why we love what we do! We love the RESULTS
We are firm believer that you can only truly master a subject, if you have taught that subject to someone else. However, as far as Fitness and Muay Thai are concerned, we have been actively teaching in the Tucson Muay Thai community for 6 years.

New students are generally evaluated through a generic physical fitness stress test along with a general personality/behavioral test to gage which activites will give the best results for the student. After test, the student and the trainer will create a fitness plan that will be tied into developing skills within the art of Muay Thai.
We have previously worked with UFC fighter Casey Kenny, Former Bellator Champion Ed West, and Glory Champion Randy Blake.
Don't wait until you feel you are in shape enough to handle Muay Thai training. The training itself will get you into the best shape of your life.
