About Danissa
I am a recent graduate of school and therefore can remember the struggles of being a student and the different ways some students need to learn before they fully master the material
I have a deep passion for all courses in the Math and Science field and I enjoy inspiring others to see what they can accomplish with the right guidance
I graduated cum laude with a bachelors in biomedical science and a minor in Spanish language.
I then graduted from medical school with doctorate in medicine.
I have over 10 years of tutoring experience in English, reading comprehension, math and science subjects. I have tutored students as young as 7 years old as well as students in college.

After identifying the course the student needs assistance in, I try to narrow down what the difficulties are in that specific area. Depending on the student, I can do a brief explanation with examples before asking the student to do the same. Then we will tackle any school work and assignments working together as a team until the student is confident enough to perform with less assistance.
