About Amy
My name is Amy and I am the Owner of YOUnique Minds Tutoring. Our mission at YOUnique Minds is to aid in student growth both in academics and in confidence. We believe both are equally important for kids at any age. Further, we strive to create a comfortable and friendly learning environment and experience for your child, differentiate activities that target confidence in various subjects and grade levels, and provide appropriate tasks for students in reading, language, and math interventions.
We have experience tutoring students both in-person and online that are either struggling or looking to be more challenged. We have worked with students with English as a Second Language, Dyslexia, Speech, IEPS, ADHD, EBD, and more. I have a FANTASTIC team of tutors that would love to work with you and your family. Perfect! So responsive and love all the options for tutors!
Perfect! I love YOUnique Minds. Sign up process was very easy. Pleasant director, she answer all my questions. Tutoring has been going well. Tutor has been very patient. We have done virtual,face to face and group. She has been engaged and loved all of them. She looks forward to each class. I also love that one of her tutors sends me a report of what they did and where she should focus her time next session. Overall I am pleased.
Perfect! I have been absolutely thrilled with the tutoring that my daughter has received. The teachers know exactly how to reach kids who are less than thrilled about working on an area which they struggle in. Their understanding and ability to grow confidence motivates a child. I could not be happier!!!
Perfect! Amy made a real connection with my granddaughter who looked forward to the tutoring sessions.

I do miss Ms. Amy who moved away from my town because of a job opportunity. She used a variety of teaching styles and helped my daughter love and appreciate math. Amy is amazing. She has such a great way with kids. Amy worked as a tutor with E. (7) and G. (5) last school year. The kids absolutely loved her and looked forward to each session they had with her. We would hire Amy again in a heartbeat!
My daughter loves Amy. Just seeing them together makes me happy. My daughter is doing so good in Math and Reading. She no longer cries that she can't read. She goes I can read. Not 100%yet but an awesome improvement.
