About Vincent
I work with my students on their schedules to best accomadate what they need. I like to incorporate a system with my student that will not only help them master the subjects we are studying, but that will help them succeed through their academic and working career. Whether my students are early birds or noght owls, I am always readily available.
I enjoy teaching and also learning from my students. Engaging with people and learning about who they are and what they want out of life has always been why I can succeed in life and teach others how to do the same. Seeing the growth that my students make from udder confusion to looking at a problem and instantly knowing what to do to solve it is the greatest satisfaction any teacher can want from their profession.
I have worked in multiple industries throughout my career so far. No matter what industry I was in, I would always want to be the one leading and instructing my team on what we needed to do to do our job the best. Once I returned to school I felt at home studying in education and working with students on teaching them on how to master problem subjects.
I am currently studying to become and educator specializing in mathematics. My previous experiences have included working with peers throughout me collegiate career as well as leading study groups helping all of us better understand our projects/studies. I have been taught by tenured teachers on best practices when it comes to teaching and tutoring others for 5+ years now.

I typically make our first meeting introductory and getting to know the student. Doing this will help me understand how the student thinks and works through their schoolwork, and will allow me to cater the sessions to what that student specifically needs to become more successful.
I have worked with students from ages 6 to 42. I have worked with students of all types and backgrounds as well as special accomodations to better suit the student to learn in the most productive manner.
To find the best tutor for you as a student, understand what you need specifically and totally before looking for a teacher to hire. Once the student has this information, I suggest talking to multiple teachers about this information and listen to what they offer and see if their experience best matches your needs.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The student should communicate what their current level of understanding is for what subjects they are requesting services. It is also helpful in briefly talking about who the student is as a person. It is important for the student to also think about how they best comprehend information, meaning do they enjoy reading, writing, visual demonstrations, interactive hands on work, or any combination of different things that they feel helps them learn most effectively.

I typically charge by the hour at $40/hour to stay affordable for all students. I do work specifically with students to figure out what they need and over what period of time they need help with their studies.
