Hi, I’m Ms. Susan Ardila, M.Ed.—a Certified Teacher, Educational Clinician, and the founder of MindBridge Math Mastery.
With over a decade of experience in education, I specialize in helping students who struggle with math—including those with dyscalculia, ADHD, and other learning differences—develop true understanding and confidence.

Furthermore, I maintain a valid Teaching Certificate as a General Educator for Grades EC-6 and as a Math Educator for Grades 4-8.
Over the course of my career, I have accumulated more than 8 years of valuable experience in the public school system. During this time, I have held various roles, including elementary teacher, campus science facilitator, middle school math teacher, mentor teacher, and District Math Curriculum Writer. These positions have allowed me to gain extensive insights into diverse teaching methodologies and the unique needs of students across different grade levels.
Currently, I am deeply engaged as a private and virtual tutor, catering to students of all ages, ranging from elementary school to high school. My primary expertise lies in various math courses, but I also extend my tutoring services to ELAR and other subjects where I can provide substantial assistance.

I like working with my tutor because she helped me get ahead of my class but not too far so I can be prepared and understand for what is coming. She also helped me study for quizzes and helps with my homework when I have questions. Lastly, I like how she goes through problems I don't know step by step and always finds many resources for different ways I can learn about a certain topic. For example, if I am learning about finding x in equations. She will find many resources like videos, games, task cards, etc.
They understands if I either don’t understand and will help me or that if I understand that they will congratulate me。
