About Adam
I provide individualized tutoring, and as I am the only tutor in my business, I can develop an individualized strategy for each of my students. I have tutored friends on multiple occasions, and I am an Applied Math major in college, so I understand the material very well.
I enjoy watching my students figure out things that they previously struggled with; it makes me feel as if I accomplished something great.
I helped out some friends with math homework, and found it to be enjoyable, and wanted to make something out of it. I thought that paid tutoring would be a good way to turn that enjoyment into an opportunity.
I am an Applied Math major in college, and am currently enrolled in Multivariable Calculus.

I ask them what the problem is that they have, and try to solve that one. I don't believe in busy work; I focus on where they are having difficulties, and help them there.
Mostly students my own age (I'm 19) taking Calculus,, but I have a strong hold on Algebra, and can help there as well.
I had a friend who had very little success with previous math tutors, and so he asked me for help. I was the one tutor that was able to help him, and he from then on had a better hold on some essential Calculus concepts and techniques.

When my son is doing his homework he often doesn't know what he will need help with. Adam Berry is rather flexible which is what my son needs. Adam is also knowledgeable and is on par with other tutors. He will not tell you the answer but make sure you understand it so you can calculate it yourself
My son had trouble with other math tutors; they just couldn't help him. But Adam Berry was able to help him complete his assignments and understand the assignment (this was for Calculus 1). Adam is an excellent tutor.
