About Irfan
I am a 23 years old Mechanical Engineer currently working for a manufacturing company. Teaching has always been a fun time for me as I like to interact with people and at the same time, I can help someone meet his/her goals.
Online tutoring is less hectic as I don't need to travel long distances to students and also that it can make the learning experience much more engaging.
My way of teaching is the Experiential Learning (learning through the reflection of doing), where I deliver the concepts with real-life case studies, experiments, phenomena that students can observe on their own. This way the student not only learns the subject but also develops critical analytical skills.
So, if you are choosing me as your tutor, expect some fun experiments too. I will be blessed to get you as my student.

Teaching has always been my hobby. Starting in 2015 after my 10th-grade exams, I have taught numerous school students in Science and Math subjects. As I progressed with my skills, I started doing home experiments with the students and was amazed to see their engagement and curiosity for the subject and now I provide Experiential Learning to anybody who wants to have it.
Being from India, I have a high school education in Science and Math with English proficiency and four years of Undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Only knowledge isn't enough, the ability to deliver knowledge is also crucial which I have very well developed through my 6 years of offline tutoring.

As this website is available globally, so firstly I would like to understand the curriculum of the student and the course content offered by the curriculum. Preparing the study material becomes easy as courses are almost the same.
Before we go into the teaching process, I analyse the student's pace of learning and idea about the subject.
After I complete the evaluation, I start providing the study material consisting of readings, custom prepared videos, experimental assignments, problem-solving and doubt clearing sessions.
I have worked with students mostly below or studying in 10th-grade.
Every teaching you hire for a subject will teach you the same thing. The only difference that comes into play is how well can the person teach the subject. It is very important to connect the learning experience with a practical understanding of nature.
Finally, see for if the teacher is able to develop curiosity in you and make you go through an immersive learning experience so that not only you learn the subject for the sake of learning but you learn it for you lifetime.
This was December 2019, I had some poor kids in my neighbourhood who couldn't afford quality education. They went to government schools where the quality was pathetic.
So I decided to teach them for free. I prepared some PPT to teach them and make them able to communicate in English with each other. Instead of reading books, we did short dramas so that they understand the emotion of the phrases and able to actually practise talking.
We did solve Mathematical puzzles to develop problem-solving abilities.
I introduced the phenomenon of plant growth, designed a tiny greenhouse for tomatoes and peppers with drip irrigation to understand how sustainability can actually improve the quality of life.
We also build ice-cream stick bridges after understanding the concepts, implemented waste management measures in our homes, made some dog and frog origamis.
I realised that they actually are excited about the class and got very much interested to learn, unlike their formal schools.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
You should be aware of why do you want the teacher. Do you want them to teach you to get good grades in school? Do you want them to simply make you understand concepts?
Say you want to learn some science, then list down the items you want to learn about.
Suppose, you know little bit about Matter and want to know more.
So list the questions you have regarding Matter. It can be like, 'Solids are meant to be rigid, but why steel bar is so strong, but a steel wire is so flexible?'
When you have your questions ready, make a note about what can be the possible reasons for the steel wire to be flexible and not rigid like a steel bar and then share your thoughts with your teacher and he/she will guide you.
And so you can take this approach for all you are curious about.
