About Suzanne
My name is Suzanne Taylor-King and I am a certified master coach, holistic nutritionist, positive psychology practitioner. (Positive Wellbeing Mentor) I work with individuals, businesses and teams that struggle with high stress, burnout, negativity, low energy, imbalance, and neglected health so that they can experience clarity, shift in mindset, high energy, healthy relationship with self and others, and optimal well-being.
By creating a holistic strategy with my clients through powerful conversations and mindset practices, energy creation, self-care, maximizing nutrition, exercise and meditation. By doing this life balance process my clients ditch the inner conflicts, create self-awareness and deep inner meaning, and achieve even greater success, fulfillment and joy.
This work is unique from other “programs” or “coaching” because this mentorship dives into positive psychology as a foundation, optimizes personal wellbeing, and creates a personal development journey that propels success in the key areas of life......relationships, friendships, adventures, environment, health and fitness, personal growth, career, creative life, family and community! By asking powerful questions I help find meaningful answers and then help you create the work/life balance that will propel you to lead a flourishing life!!
After careers in the dental field, then building a 7 figure retail chain and developing businesses retail... Finding passion in aromatherapy, nutrition and fitness but then burning out, Suzanne decided it was time to follow her heart and create the life she truly desired, with a business that enables her to work on her terms, follow her passions and help high-level clients to gain the clarity, connection and power to access and step into their full potential with maximum health and limitless energy.
In less than 5 years Suzanne created a dream mentoring practice while raising her son and spending more time doing the things she loves. Now guiding others to consciously create the success and fulfillment they dream of. Suzanne is currently based in USA, New Jersey but travels often for business and pleasure. When not running her business Suzanne often will be mixing and blending essential oils or creating magic in the kitchen, and she enjoys being outdoors and in nature in her spare time, paddle-boarding, biking and on adventures with her family.
