About Margaret
Ms. Thomas discovered art 20 years ago through human figure drawing and watercolors, studying at the Art Students League of Denver and in Chicago at the Pallette & Chisel Art Academy. She recently attained a certificate in graphic design from Shaw Academy. Her goal is to communicate harmony through visual experiences. Inspired by the Colorado mountains, subjects are based in nature and family.
Many pieces are been digitized so colors or compositions can be altered and embellished to fit taste, architecture, room space, and the feel you would like to convey.
Art is a process, not a product. It is the process of art coming TO me, not FROM me, that makes a difference. I think about four things when I paint: inspiration, color, composition, and depth. Maybe a product arrives, maybe it's just the process. It is this journey that I love the most.

I always start with a student connection. What does the student want? What are they're goals. Then we come up with a game plan for success.
