I work to help individuals develop a healthier standard of living through nutritional and fitness guidance.
Helping others and showing someone that they can obtain the results they want!
I have always had a passion to help others and started working with a trainer myself in which then I realized the importance of a healthy lifestyle. This became my day to day objective and then finally decided that this is what I really wanted to do. So I left my coorpate job and decided to purse fitness!
I have several certifications which include ACE, NASM, PFIT and Level 1 Crossfit.
I have over 10 years first hand industry experience with many diverse client backgrounds.

On our initial meet with do a fitness assessment in which we discuss fitness goals to gain knowledge of the client's needs. Then a brief workout which assesses the client's physical cabailities.
All ages ranging from 8 to 70, male and female, anywhere from rehabilitive to the sedetary individual.
Be patient - everything is a process, but if you believe in yourself and the professional helping you - you will achieve your goals.
Took a temporary fitness sales position in my hometown, in an area where fitness was healthy eating was not the norm. To be able to share my knowledge and help clients who thought they could never obtain self love and fitness was just an amazing opportunity.
