I have worked with all kinds of different clients from a wide variety of age ranges n backgrounds with different needs from from the very athletic to people with obesity to stroke to cancer, debilitating injuries or just people looking for great or improved overall fitness I live in Glendale, I can come to U , or you can travel to pasadena to a fully equipped gym, no membership fee, you pay me I pay them. My price can vary depending on how much committment you want to make. The more sessions purchased the price is lowered, they range from $78-$55 per session, (concealed information)

There are a multitude of trainers in the LA area some good some bad some average, you can get confused with all the info overload, find a personal connection with a qualified trainer who you feel you would trust your health to. The personal connection is important but you also need someone who will be concerned with form to prevent injury and someone who will push you past where u think you can without putting you in danger or denigrating you.
It was a simple thing. I had a 40 yr old woman come to me and tell me she hates working out and has had no succes with several trainers over the years and after 6 weeks with me she said the first time in her life that when because of work or travel had to miss a session that she actually missed it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
set out your goals and then ask your trainer how would you approach this with me? Their answer should tell you if they have been listening to you or if they have a stock answer that they tell everyone. I don’t believe in one size fitness for all.i treat each client as an individual
