About Sarah
I believe that yoga IS for everyone. My goal is to meet students wherever they are at in the practice, and grow them to their fullest potential.
I carry an ERYT 500 through yoga Aliance and have obtained an BS in education and an MA in Positive Coaching and Psychology. I've been working with yoga students for 15 years and students of a classroom for nearly 20.
I am passionate about empowering men and women to find their inner peace and joy through yoga!

I began teaching yoga 20 years ago at a Golds Gym. Throughout my working career as a classroom teacher, I instructed yoga for various locations as a side hobby, until 2016 I left teaching and opened up my own yoga studio.

We start with a phone conversation to discuss goals and what the student is looking for. We then decide if virtual practice is the way to go or meeting in studio or at their home.
I have worked with the beginner yogi, teaching basic poses and alignment, all the way through the advanced yogi, teaching inversions and arm balances.
I love our workshops we host at the studio. This gives us a chance to work more closely with yoga groups in specific areas of yoga.

Pioneer is a welcoming and motivating environment. Sarah and the other instructors are all excellent and work so hard to ensure a positive experience for everyone attending classes. They frequently mix up the class schedule so there is always something new and fun to try!
