I'm a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Health and Physical Education Teacher, and multi-sport Coach, with 19 years of experience. I help people live healthy lives and perform at their best. I've worked with beginners to the division 1 college athletes of Fordham University. I've survived a broken neck to become a multi-sport athlete. As a survivor I know recovery, as an athlete I know performance, as a busy professional I know the value of time and energy. My holistic approach focuses on nurturing both body and mind. Join me on this journey to a healthier, more balanced life.
