Experienced tutor in Piano in Chicago, Ivana offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Ivana is an outstanding teacher who not only teaches piano performance but .gets to know her student as a whole and nurtures in a wholesome manner.

I have studied with Ivana Bukvich for well over a decade and couldn't be more pleased. She provides a well-rounded music education as well as frequent performance and collaborative opportunities. Her knowledge of repertoire, theory, history, and pedagogy is vast and she does an excellent job sharing her expertise in a clear and efficient manner. Her love for music and teaching shines in her lessons.

Tenacious explorer of music, piano and playing techniques. Great pedagogue with infinite patience and warmth, and keen sensitivity for pupil's way of learning and thinking.

Inspiring, talented, kind...two earlier "reviews" pretty much cover the basics...I've been an adult student of Ivana's for nearly a decade, and cannot speak highly enough of the difference she's made both in playing and in mental approach (same things, of course, in the end...) She's got the rare ability to start with you where you are, and make it possible to go much further. Lovely personality, beautifully educated, and a superb teacher.

Ivana is a very inspiring teacher. You can tell that she really wants you to succeed and she has a marvelous personality. One thing I love about her is that she focuses on making sure you are relaxed, and she shows you different ways to practice certain passages. Working with Ivana has been a great experience!

Ivana is a very kind and talented piano teacher for our daughter. Manou is mainly a cellist and takes piano as second instrument. In spite of not practicing as much as she should, she has made good progress under Ivana's guidance. I highly recommend her as a piano teacher.
