About Mollie
SayDoSay Pottery Studio is a community ceramics studio in Lincoln, NE, offering pottery wheel and hand-building classes for ages 14+ with no prior experience required. Established in 2020 by artist and educator Mollie Leisinger, the studio provides private and group instruction, single-session lessons, and multi-week workshops with all equipment, tools, and materials included. Programming includes 3‑session and 4‑week wheel workshops, a Bring a Friend Friday class, themed hand-building projects, and periodic Raku firing sessions.
Open Studio Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 4–7:30 pm and Saturday from 12–3 pm; classes are available by appointment on other days, with Sunday group classes offered 2–3 times per month. After completing one class, students can book drop-in sessions; after three classes, limited studio memberships may be available. Visitors can shop an on-site gallery featuring work by members and staff.
The studio hosts seasonal Spring, Fall, and Winter Handmade Markets, offers gift certificates, and provides pottery wheel rentals. For larger groups, SayDoSay can bring a hand-building session to off-site locations and facilitates mobile pottery experiences for events such as birthdays, festivals, corporate gatherings, and family reunions. The studio is led by a small team of instructors focused on helping students build skills and create finished stoneware pieces.
