About Natalie
I provide coaching services and be as involved as you need.
I can make detailed weekly or monthly training plans, nutrition plans, and cross training plans.
I was a competitive track and cross country athlete for 7 years. In high school, I ran 4 years of varsity cross country and track. I continued my running career at a Division 1 school.
Over the years, I have gained a great amount of knowledge for the sport.
