About Kailen
We are the only C.O.B.R.A. Self-Defense School in the state of CT. Combat objective battle ready application (or C.O.B.R.A.) is recognized globally as the #1 choice in professional self-defense instruction.

Self-defense can be a scary topic, but they made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed their lessons. They made them interesting and fun and I felt empowered afterward. I like how they teach practical approaches to defending yourself and also focus on teaching how not to be a "soft target" in the first place. Great place to learn!
