Thank you for this opportunity to introduce myself ‐ My name is Brian Holmes, I am an experienced professional Private Investigator, Private Patrol Operator / Security Service Contrator, (California Licenses PI#19004, PPO#11096 Issued 1992), Licensed Security & Firearms School Operator Trainer/Educator (California Licenses TIF#1244, TFF#560 before 1992), and Electrical Engineer (CSULA Electrical Engineering Graduate ’92). My company is based in Los Angeles California and is fully licensed, bonded, and insured; I have been providing quality security and investigative services for more than 30 years. A brief Summary of Relevant Professional Qualifications:
• 30 plus years of Security & Investigative services experience (under own licenses since ’83 & ’92 respectively)
• Courtroom experience includes providing witness testimony, and support at counsel’s table during trial (PC867)
• University degrees (CSULA ’92) include Electrical Engineering, Computer Technologies, and related disciplines
• Certified DFIR (Digital Forensics & Incident Response) expert and can address those service needs and issues

I perform a wide range of investigative and security related services, including the common types of issues and requests. However, my technical background allows me to also provide specialized services which most agencies simply cannot offer. I specialize in providing services involving electronic technologies including digital and analogue forensics, communications, imaging, and related recorded media analysis. The specialized services which I commonly provide include “Collection of Scientific Investigative Evidence” (CSIE), “Electronic Media Analysis or Enhancement” (EMAE), “Data Recovery” & “Digital Forensics and Incident Response” (DFIR), “Cyber‐Threat Risk Analysis” (CTRA), “Technical Surveillance Countermeasures & Management” (TSCM), and “Forensic Psychophysiology” (Polygraph Examinations).
Professional qulaifications were required as part of our business licenesing an Our Company's Safety program.
