IPP-Integrated Personal Plan
Assesment of the individual rider's current comfort & ability level through rudimentary fundamentals, including stance, body positioning, J-turns, introduction of toeside, introduction of heelside progressing to a linkage of the two.
All age ranges, all walk of life.
