About Reuben
I teach traditional Chen Style Tai Chi including the long form and many Chi Gung warm up exercises. We will start with extwnsive warm up to get the body ready for Tai Chi.
Its excitining and fun to watch people progress and develop in this art. It is usually a gradual, slow process but for sure if they make a sincere effort they will develop skills.
