About Meghan
Thank you for your interest in my violin and viola studio! With over 6 years of teaching experience and 20 years of personal study, I offer exceptional instruction to aspiring musicians. I hold a Graduate Performer's Certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Music, ensuring expertise in both performance and teaching.
In my lessons, I prioritize creating a positive and supportive environment where students can have fun while building a love for music making. With a focus on interactive and engaging instruction, I strive to make each session enjoyable and fulfilling.
As an active professional musician, I bring real-world experience and industry insights to the studio. I understand the importance of preparing for musical assessments such as NYSSMA and All-State, and I have the expertise to guide students through these processes.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, I welcome students of all ages and skill levels. My goal is to help each individual develop their musical abilities, cultivate their unique style, and achieve their goals. Join me at my violin and viola studio for a musical journey filled with growth and a lifelong love for music-making.
I hold a Graduate Performers Certificate from the John J. Cali School of Music and a Bachelor of Science in Music from Hofstra University. Additionally, I have 6 years of private teaching experience alongside 20 years of personal study.
