About Kailey
Coaching and teaching have always been a passion of mine. When I played volleyball, my coaches had such a big impact on my ability to learn and grow in the sport whether positive or negative. I played 8 years of volleyball, both club and school teams. I continued to play one year of division 1 volleyball at Troy University. I believe coaching can make a big difference on an athlete's performance. Positivity, discipline, and hard work ethic are all important to me.

Learn what their goals are, watch them play, and see how techinally they need to improve. I would then ask them mentally what is holding them back from their game, and encourage them in their mental process.
