About Monica
Through the power of yoga, and yogic philosophy I will teach you how to experience well being, increased strength, focus, balance and ease both physically and throughout your life. My style of teaching stands out because I am not only interested in building a strong and balanced body, I am also interested in showing you how you can apply specific yoga postures to increase confidence, inner strength, flexibility and open heartedness within your life. Every posture in yoga is a metaphor, and can be used improve any areas of weakness. I will give you tools to bring overall Harmony to your body, mind and soul.

With every new student, I take time to ask what their needs are for the practice. What ae they looking to achieve? What limitations or injuries should I be aware of as I structure lessons. What style of yoga do they best respond to? With that information, I would put together thoughtful lesson plans to meet their goals. I would schedule sessions with them once a week or as often as they would like. I would help track their progress as time goes on.
