You will feel well taken care of by Viviana with any of the services she offers. She is the owner of Heart Source in Berkeley offering Life Coaching and Yoga... a beautiful workshop studio for supporting personal growth and wellness.
YOGA: Viviana teaches Yoga through the eyes of a massage therapist. You’ll learn how to listen to your body and respond with yoga poses to release the tension, relax the mind, and bring your energy. Each class is tailored to your needs in the moment. Her standard group classes are Restorative and Core-flow, incorporating yoga styles from around the world including Hatha, Japanese, and Tibeten. Yoga is a great way to reduce stress, relieve body and mind tension, and heal/prevent injury. Viviana specializes in working with Yoga students of all levels and leading the class to fit their needs.

Viviana expertly guides singles, couples and groups in confidently navigating the ups and downs of relationships and life, helping them incorporate new transformative understandings and practices.
A steady pillar of nurturing and support, Viviana is especially adept at weaving together her eclectic background and experience as Master Neurolinguistic (NLP) practitioner, life and relationship coach, therapeutic yoga teacher, massage therapist, workshop facilitator, co-founder of the Heart Source, architectural designer and mom in service to others. Her passion is supporting your self care while holding space and presence for deep learning. She teaches how to access and learn from the darker times in life for more resources, balance, choice and vibrancy. She weaves neuroscience and holistic body-mind wisdom to help you rewrite unwanted patterns and live your full amazing expression now!
**Yoga and Life Coaching Sessions are available in person at Heart Source, Online in the comfort of your own home/office, or home/office visits (travel fee added).

Viviana has a kind, patient, caring personality that suits her well as a yoga instructor. She customizes her classes to the needs of the group. I especially enjoyed her gentle, calming, restorative sessions.
My first impression of Viviana was her big smile, I felt immediately welcome and safe. Because of her background as a life coach, massage therapist and acupuncturist she approached her teaching with an interesting twist with lots knowledge and her caring personality created a loving experience for me. I remember leaving happy with an energized and relaxed feeling in my body. I totally enjoyed her class and I can't wait to be back in the east Bay to take it again!
