About Bethany
I am a licensed Physical therapist assistant with 13 years of experience, 200 hr Registered yoga teacher and a Level I Warriors at Ease teacher. I am currently going through Warriors at Ease level II training, iRest Yoga nidra level I training and my 300hr Yoga teacher training program.
I've always had a passion to help others and once I was introduced to yoga I was compelled to share the journey with others.
I am a licensed physical therapist assistant for over 13 years working with people of all ages and tolerance levels. I completed my 200hr teacher training and immediately went into my 300 hour teach training. I have experience with trauma sensitive yoga techniques as well. I am a Warriors at Ease level II teacher and have completed iRest yoga nidra level I training. I have also completed a 6 month intense Orthopedics Specialty program.
