About Jessica
I love to help my students get in touch with their bodies and perform safe functional movements. I focus heavily on self love and acceptance in my classes to provide a safe environment rich for learning and healing.
I love seeing my students gain confidence and clarity about their skills ability and inherent self worth. I enjoy great joy in helping those with chronic pain lice a better quality of life.
RYT 200, teaching in studio since 2012 and virtually (zoom) since 2020.

Visually observing the student allows me to asses how comfortable they are with the postures or pace and gives me cues to slow down, verbalize the mechanics of a pose or demonstrate the pose.
