Barb does an excellent job of ecouraging and modifying the asanas to fit each person individual level. She is positive and ends each session with lavender oil to help you relax more.
Barb is an excellent YOGA instructor!!! She takes you step by step into each pose providing modifications. I highly recommend taking her Monday morning 8:30 am or Wednesday evening 5:30 pm YMCA classes!!!❤💪😍
