About Anna
Hello, my name is Anna Leach. I recieved my 200 hour RYT certification through the Baptiste
Institute, and am an ACE certified personal trainer. My intention is to deliver a powerful practice that unveils a new level of possibility both physically and mentally for every student.
My classes find balance strength and mobility, while quieting the everyday chatter that our minds often
carry. I want to help you find new, more efficient ways to move that FEEL GOOD!
I teach yoga, Barre, callesthenics, boxing, and conditioning. Whether you're looking for a specific way to train, or would like a little guidance to find what you love, years as a yoga instructor and certified personal trainer have shown me that there is no one size fits all program. I cater to every BODY and would love to help you find what works for you.
I love seeing clients see what they are capable of as they move with me. Whether that's finding new strength, flexibility, or just a little calm, it makes me happy to bring you some new found joy in what you are capable of.
