About Sakshi
During the Pandemic ,My journey to discover myself and attain better physical and mental health led me to become certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor.
I facilitate online workshops and teach take away powerful Breath based Meditation techniques and Yoga practices. These techniques have helped inspire millions around the globe live healthier,including me .
Yoga is often considered to be a physical exercise, but 'Asanas' are just a beginning. Physical exercise/Postures simply an aspect or part of Yoga. 'Yoga' means Union- Unision of Breath, Movement & Mind . Without tapping the inner source of energy through meditation, Yoga is never complete.
I am a 200H Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor (2020)
I teach 4 day( Thursday - Sunday ) online Yoga workshops with take away practice and regular weekly follow ups.
