About Ileana
Discover the healing power of Ayurvedic Self-Care practices during a day retreat in McLean, VA. Through one-on-one instruction or small group sessions, you will learn and practice some of the ancient guidelines of Ayurveda through food, movement, stretching, breathing, meditation, and a Marma session led by an experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner at a home studio. An investment of $350/person supports the long-term transformation and stress-relief of body, mind, and soul.
I am passionate about empowering others to find health and wellbeing through the natural and wholistic approach of yoga and ayurveda.
I am specifically trained to help you incorporate appropriate lifestyle practices into your busy schedule, with a commitment to help you understand the importance of a consistent daily practice.
