About Brittany
Connect & Flow Yoga was founded on the belief thatYoga is for all. Connection is a human desire. The practice of Yoga allows us to better connect to our mind and body, our true-self, and the worlds and states we journey through. Sessions are offered in the Middlesex county area of New Jersey for those who are looking to begin or deepen their Yoga practice to discover greatest health and happiness. We will work together to create a space for you to develop physically and spiritually through yoga practice and return to their professions, families, and personal lives feeling more connected, uplifted, and at ease.
Brittany is a New Jersey Yoga Instructor who believes in the healing power of movement and mindfulness. She studied and trained as a dancer and dance educator. During her training she faced an injury that led her to deepen her practice of Yoga for the sake of the wellness of her body and mind. She is consistently pursuing knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, breath-awareness, nutrition, and psychology to enhance the benefits of the practice of Yoga. Her goals include connecting with people to learn and share knowledge and experiences as well as guide students with intent that yoga is for all who wish to discover happiness and health. She completed a 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Registered Teacher Training and Certification Program through Om Factory School of Yoga, New York City.

If you are ready to connect and flow into practice, call or email to set up a time that works for your schedule. We'll consult on the phone to make sure we're the right fit to meet your needs.
Brittany will then visit you in your home for an introductory session to assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice. Together, you will design a plan to flow together once or twice a week in sessions that are perfectly aligned with your needs and your life.
I have worked with various working professionals ranging from 25-65 years on improving their overall quality of life.
My favorite part of the work I do is hearing clients tell me how good they feel through their progressing weeks of practice. Listening to stories of improved family, work, and social life is wonderful.
